Nandini Basuthakur, Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Europe, Middle East and Africa at Opower
As SVP & Managing Director, Nandini has responsibility for building out Opower’s international expansion efforts and London office.
Previously Nandini worked for more than a decade at the Corporate Executive Board (CEB) where she had undertaken a number of diverse roles in the US, EMEA, Asia and Australia/New Zealand. CEB is a leading provider of best practice research and analysis to over 5,300 of the world’s largest, most prestigious corporations, including 85% of the Fortune 500. Nandini was Executive Director and Head of EMEA & India plus member of the firm’s Executive Committee since 2007.
Prior to CEB, Nandini enjoyed a six year stretch in management consulting with Ernst & Young Asia Pacific based out of Wellington, New Zealand where she undertook a range of public and private sector client assignments in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia.
Nandini has a B Sc. (Econ) specializing in Economics, Management and Psychology from University of St Andrews in Scotland and completed her M Sc. (Econ) at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
