Our sponsorship packages are designed to give unrivalled access to our audience of 200+ senior energy strategists and sustainability executives in FTSE 350 and equivalent sized firms at the event. We work with companies, who through their services and solutions are able to help corporates meet their objectives around energy efficiency and sustainability. 
We will allow a maximum of 20% of places for those in supplier companies to attend Green Corporate Energy, these places will be prioritised for the exhibitors and sponsors of the event.
Our sponsorship model has 4 different levels of participation.

Thought leadership and marketing positioning
Sponsors will have the opportunity to align to a particular section of the program as a Support or main Section Sponsor. Deliverables can include some stage time (introducing your section of the event, participation in or moderation of a panel discussion), and the option to chair a roundtable discussion closely aligned to your area of expertise. Sponsors are able to leverage the event as a platform for targeted high level networking and business development with key clients and prospects; whilst at the same time getting broader visibility and exposure to the event audience and Green Monday’s community of energy and corporate sustainability professionals (over 8,000 have attended our events in the past 3 years).
Knowledge transfer
Sponsor attendees can also join, and at the higher levels of sponsorship, chair, one of the roundtable discussions at the event; a valuable platform to demonstrate your thought leadership and knowledge transfer capabilities around a topic in your area of expertise.
Structured business development and networking
Sponsors get to engage directly with corporates attendees in up to 12 pre- scheduled meetings during the day. You select those you’d like to meet with a few days before each event using our meetings matrix, and we then broker meetings with your priority selections. This is an effective way of meeting clients and prospects alike, in an environment where they are among peers and inspiring content and discussion. In 2011 we delivered 346 meetings for sponsors at our 12 London Green Monday events.
Exhibitor packages 
Space to have 3m X 2m exhibition stand in refreshment area (maximum of 25 stands) to conduct meetings, promotional activities, display literature, and have a “home” at the event. Exhibitors are able to send 2 attendees to the event as part of their package.
At appropriate level throughout the event, on the event website, live web broadcast and on all printed collateral (agenda, etc.). Sponsors logos are prominently displayed on the holding slide as a backdrop to the main stage. Hand-outs (1 A4 page) can be distributed on delegate’s seats at the start of the event. A paragraph (i.e. company message/ description) on each sponsor and exhibitor will be included in the event agenda handed out at the start of the event.
